Consultations are by appointment only. Clinic opening hours Tuesday and Thursday 8am-8pm. Saturday 8am-1pm. If these times do not suit you, please feel free to contact Polly to discuss alternatives.

• Naturopathic Consultation

  60 min Initial $90 | 30-45 min Follow Up $50 A Naturopathic consultation includes a full health history, zinc testing, body composition and cellular health testing, individualised dietary and lifestyle plan and suggestions for natural supplementation.

• Swedish Relaxation Massage

  30 min $30 A relaxing full back, neck and shoulder massage in a relaxing yet firm Swedish style. 30 min appointments available only.

• + Iridology Reading to your appointment

  Additional 30min +$25 to appointment cost Iridology uses the Iris (or coloured part of the eye) as a mini map of the body. Different colours, textures, markings etc can indicate strengths or weaknesses in the body. Iridology does not diagnose, but is a fun and informative way to learn more about your body and the challenges it may face.

• + Relaxation Massage to your appointment

  Additional 30min +$25 to appointment cost Includng a massage onto your naturopathic appointment is the perfect way to give your body the treat it deserves. Stress reduction is major part of helping your mind and body work optimally, and massage is a great way to relax.
